1. How do I get there? Click on the link at the left to go to the direction page.

  1. What do the proceeds go to? The proceeds go to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

  1. How much does it cost? See Admission/Proceed page.

  1. Is it scary and is there an age limit? It depends on what you think is scary. What you may think is scary, others may not. No, there is really no age limit but we do not recommend children under the age of 8, but we have had children younger than that go through. That is your call.

  1. Can I buy my tickets in advance? No, we do not feel it is fair to
everyone for us to pre-sell tickets. Tickets go on sale at
ticket booth nightly at sun down.

  1. When do you start and stop selling tickets? We start selling tickets at sun-down and we stop selling tickets when people quit coming or if there is a very long wait.

  1. Is there any rules to follow on the trail? Yes, please read them below:

  1. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or drugs on the premises. If we find anything of this nature on your person, you will be asked to leave the Forbidden Forest.

  1. No smoking after you enter the trail.

  1. No costumes or masks of any kind will be allowed on the trail other than those of our volunteers. You are asked to leave them in your vehicle or at consession stand. If you are seen in line or on the trail with a mask, you will be asked to take it back to your car or consession stand. If you have already entered the trail with it or you refuse to return it to your car, you will be escorted off of the trail with no refund.

  1. Do not touch, spit on, or throw things at any of our creatures or props. If you do so, you will be escorted from that point off the trail with no refund.

  1. No food or drinks allowed on the trail. There are trash barrels throughout the line for you to use before it is your turn to enter the trail. You will not be allowed to enter the trail with any food or drinks.

6. Absolutely no refunds will be given. Make sure you want to go through the trail before you buy your ticket. Ask questions before you buy a ticket about anything that would cause you to request a refund. The only refunds that will be given is if the weather does not allow us to run the trail. Unless it is the last night of us running the trail, you will then be asked to use your ticket another night.
